A bit--I know these things go in cycles. Got some good news today, if sideways-- The milk and grain allergies I've been exhibiting are almost definitely intolerances caused by a) LBb. b) adrenal burnout or c) hormonal imbalance. This means if we can figure out what is causing the infections and stop it, I will be able to have milk and coffee again!

Next, adrenal check....
