Paid to do surveys?

Has anyone tried doing surveys for Qsample.com? Here's the link --

Looks to me like most of these people pay in giving you the research results. Which, while interesting, is not how I'd want to get paid....

All those 'pay for survey' people are scam artists.

I signed up for a bunch of those. I haven't seen .01 for any hoop I jumped through.

And I jumped through quite a few before I realized I'd been had. :(

The only one I've signed up for was the one mentioned on HerDomain. Someone said they'd been called several times. I didn't ask her age -- I suspect that will determine whether I'm ever called for things.

Isn't it odd that these people who want products or services surveyed will narrow the audience to only certain people within certain parameters? I know more and more older people becoming fiends for the Internet, for example.

I was called several times and got more and more disgusted with the process.

They want specific ages, specific education and specific product preferences.

Otherwise, thanks, but no thanks. :(
