The word seems to be that the Democrats have taken back the House, and the Senate is Even -- Joe Lieberman being the lynchpin. He'll adore that. Means Kay girl must have pulled it out. Poor Cheney will need to babysit the Senate now.

Darn.

Maybe now something good will happen in the federal government? Maybe we can get some of those ghastly new laws repealed?

(Yeah, I know I haven't reported on WFC. Go to scott_lynch's LJ to read a funny and pretty accurate account of WFC madness. I'll get to it. Life is weird currently... .)

In any case, the writing's on the wall for Bush & Co. -- the people are not happy with them.

And boy, is he unhappy about that. We made him face reality front and center, over Rumsfeld. If Rumsfeld knew he was leaving last week, does that mean the president lied when he said Rummy was staying the course with the administration?
