For those of us who need ghost radar

This is not for those of you who see spirits (I have three friends who see materializations, and I think they really do--otherwise fairly normal creative types.) This is for those of us who don't see the things...

Admit it. You all wanted one of those Ghostbuster devices. )

Knowledge is power!

Took a Critz Class this weekend. I have found out an easy way to open up the nerve being pinched by the carpal tunnel and points north, so to speak. Yeah! A nearly painless correction to the problem! This news will go out in the next biz ad, whenever it's mailed.

The little guy wins big

I don't know if this was a case of giving up the big money job for what you really wanted to do...but this is a heck of a consolation prize. Champagne for everyone!

Be inspired--

Gratefully pinched from [livejournal.com profile] rolanni. This one's worth reading--and even a donation or two, if you're flush this week. I love the teacher's response when he realized what was about to happen, but you gotta read it yourself...

And--

Find out why growing numbers of doctors and pharmacists across the US are refusing to prescribe or dispense birth control pills.

I'd suggest that you check on where your pharmacy stands on this topic. We need to nip this one in the bud.

The NARAL petition about pharmacies. But be sure to alter the boilerplate--or write your own letter. And if anyone turns you down for a scrip? Letter time, people.

I live in a blue county, I swear I do...

Sometimes it's so embarrassing to be from Texas. This is one of those times. I should have posted about SXSW so you know we're usually normal down here.
