Loved this one. Maybe said cat is deaf? White cats can be genetically deaf.

However -- I know someone in town who used to have a lovely tabby who liked being vacuumed each day. Spoiled thing...

Edit: Yup -- this cat is deaf. My friend's cat, however, was not.

Someone on the site adds that you should keep away from kitty eyes, etc. Not sure a cat's eyeballs are that poorly attached, but probably not a good idea anyway.

Wish I could get mine to do this. Only Meg was fearless enough to brave the vacuum.

pssst, it looks like I can get a reasonable fare to Austin for 'dillocon...any chance of a sofa to crash on, before/after the convention?

An air mattress, if nothing else materializes! And we do have a nice couch. In fact, two guest baths -- no waiting. My goal is to get the second bedroom excavated by then, but it's already mid-May, and since I've been writing like a fiend, I'm neglecting the last of office and bedroom organization.

So -- you can have extra crash space before/after, and if things are tight, you can stay here during. We'd have our car and B & M's car heading that way every am.

(I really understand "tight" right now.)
