And just who was the idiot who put a mattress in the trash? Now leaning forlornly against a cinder-block wall, there to molder forever? The words "Do not leave furniture or commercial trash" meant nothing to you? It has to be posted in six languages, perhaps?

The complex should offer a reward and track the idiot down....
