I wanted to ask you a question. I could ask my Mom - but I'm sure you can understand the baggage that comes with it. Just before my vacation, my dr told me my antibody test for ceilac came back positive. he also said that the tests are unreliable and if I had no symptoms I shouldn't worry. As you can tell - that advice didn't exactly take. I am considering do a thirty day diet test change test just to see what happens. The idea of doing this in the holiday season does not make me very happy, but I'm considering options. My question is this: Is it worth anything to try going off wheat and reading labels as a test without going as far as my Mom does? Mom doesn't trust labels. She call companies about "natural flavors" and calls about all her meds and worries about shampoo, etc. I don't have time for that without a more clear cut problem indicator. (For the record. I have no symptoms, as I know some people don't. I got the test just to see.) But if I try a different diet without taking it that far - am I just fooling myself and not going to get any useful data?
