The universe is laughing at me...

Thanks to the stress of the past two months plus not eating as I should, my body is threatening to fall out of remission. I promise it to go vegan for a time to let it rest.

So I dump the fresh organic kale into the boiling water, go get a pasta lifter to stir, and return to a nice white caterpillar floating in the boiling water.

It has been given burial in kale vanes.

Well if the catepillar was eating it, it was probably good. And if it makes you feel any better, the vegetarians in India are healthier than the ones in the U.S. because food is less sanitary there so they eat more bugs. Many people that are into primitive diets are into eating grubs. Serious!!!

I figure the bug didn't eat a lot. ;^)

Just have to face the fact that I may not be able to let go of 95% macro. Maybe can't eat out most places.

If that's the price of being healthy and able to keep writing, I have to run with it.

Good organically fed protein!

I think the only reason I get squishy about it is because my Ex broke a tooth on an ant's head once.

This little guy was probably soft and anyway didn't eat a lot!

I suspect I could eat bugs with gusto if it kept me from having to wring a chicken neck. Allie would just shake her head at me. Then she'd teach me how to wring a chicken's neck.
