Cable update: *Sigh*

The cable guy has come and gone. He told me that everything about my unit was working fine, as far as parameters could be tested. The box could be swapped, but there was no guarantee the new box would tape the series on Comedy Central. As others have said, that channel is sometimes flaky.

So I kept the old box -- I can watch the stuff still on it. Guess I'll be taping Daily Show and Colbert by hand weekly.
