Someone pokes fun at the Google Doodles, demonstrating several you'll never see celebrated -- including Snidely Whiplash (Don't know him? Google him, of course!)

They're off on a couple of those. Google did do a tribute to Geocities, which I think counts as "cluttered web design". :-) And at least one year, their April Fool gag has been that if you did a search on Comic Sans, everything came up in that font.

I missed the Comic Sans tribute! And we can never call too much attention to bad web design.

I can think of at least one I've bought from -- but I found their physical store. I would never have bought from their web site. Too bad -- good product.
