I'm Kinsmen/Empath/Empath. Some of the same conclusions as the MAPP assessment at www.assessment.com. I took this a couple of months ago, paid for a full report, and found it to be worth it. It pretty much nailed me, including the parts of me I don't like. But it gave me the nerve to discuss a new career path with my manager, and with luck I may get to ease out of some of the stuff I'm doing over the next 3-6 months.
