It's smoking gun time...

"The smoking gun:
Yesterday, citing hotel receipts and inside sources, the Washington Post reported that two lobbyists paid for Tom DeLay's travel to Scotland, wining and dining him and charged thousands of dollars to their own credit cards.
House members are barred from receiving gifts or travel expenses from lobbyists."
Political Campaign Action fund has a petition to oust DeLay from office. His bad behavior far trumps Jim Wright's messing about back in the early 90s--it's time to get rid of this weight around the neck of the Congress.
