I thought it was quite thoughtful. As long as contraceptive is not cheap and available anywhere without restriction, I think we need first trimester abortion. But the odd thing is, a friend who works in this area says that only 20%, I think it was, of the country who will express an opinion are unreasonable--10% abortion on demand-ers, 10% no abortions for ANY reason. Everyone else can be brought to a reasonable point.
But the 20% control the discussion, and the politics. They care the most--in the abstract--until someone's family is affected.
