Sodium Nitrite Could Be Disease Cure

Considering I'm not alone in having a negative reaction to nitrates, I'm glad I'm not on the list for any of those conditions.

Ditto. Cheap wine always gives me a bad headache. This may be a lifesaver for some people, but they need to come up with a test for sensitivity!
