Okay so I've read this joke 5 or six times and I just now got it. Probably because I read it as "Roe V Wade" and not versus.

I just thought it was a great response because he usually never answers the questions he's asked, and he's really good at changing the subject at the same time. 'Mr. President, what's your position on the dying soldiers in Iraq?' "Osama must be stopped!"

I hate puns.

I normally pick these things up--I just thought it was a funny non sequitur, too. Puns can be either fun or frustrating, depending on my mood.
