No, as far as I know it hasn't received any nominations yet. But it's eligible until June of next year. And yes--I think if the story made the final ballot, it might light a fire under the editor considering the reprints and new book. It takes ten nominations to make the preliminary ballot.
I can't afford to send out hard copies of the chapbook, but I can send a WORD file of the eligible document!
