I think I need to learn about the filters, too--I want to keep up, and enjoy LJ, but I don't want it to become a burden--that's why I keep it as a free account. If I paid for it, I might feel compelled to post every day--it might become a burden.

You'll note I almost never mention massage therapy, for similar reasons--patient privacy. Some of my clients are friends, or friends of friends. Not sure I could remember to disguise them enough that they wouldn't be recognized by others on-line.
