It looks like the car problem is with an intake (I swear it sounded like Kevin said the Snorkalator, but surely not) that is cracked. This means something like $155.xx instead of 2-3 grand. I need to get the car in tomorrow before it cracks completely (then the car stops) but this would explain almost all the weirdness going on with the car. I REALLY didn't want to look for a car right now, so this is WONDERFUL news.

And I started researching a short story today.
