The end of privacy?

Will we live long enough to see this when we order a pizza? The ACLU has created a very effective little ad. Take a look at what we need to prevent:

That is totally scary. Good thing I don't bother with take out pizza. If I want Pizza or Chinese or sandwiches, I go get them--usually eat there. I've already stopped ordering a lot of things on line or from catalogues. And I'm changing my cc numbers and accounts because I'm unhappy with the banks, but also to slow down people being able to hack into them.

Not bad ideas. I had started using a card for many things for the Amazon points, but I am considering rotating cards instead. And I chew out anyone who says "Do you want to use XXX card?" by pointing out I didn't WANT them to keep that card in their database.

I hope we won't have to start dumping cards after a couple of years, and take the hit on our credit ratings.

omg... that is more than slightly frightening. And I know a couple "pizza wenches" (their term) who would amused/interested/horrified to see that. Thanks for posting the link.

It **is** scary. I've started wondering about getting a device that scrambles all on-line ordering...I'm pretty sure they exist.
