GOOD NEWS! (Of course it's political!)

Tom DeLay claims he's not running for re-election. In fact, there are rumors he'll resign his seat and trigger a special election. Mostly that's good news -- not sure if the special election will favor another idiot neoconservative, but getting rid of DeLay is notice to others that the hunt is on!

I wonder if he thinks he won't be pulled into the Plame biz if he resigns?
