%^&%^$#! taxes.....

And I'm getting behind! Found out that the company I got stock options from claims to be out of business -- so thoroughly they can't afford to mail out letters to everyone telling them the business is ca-put, so said people can start writing off the loss on their taxes! So without a letter, I am wading uphill at this point.

And I need to separate out insurance papers where the company paid me the pittance they covered. Yes, I can file medical this year -- long year, 2005.

On the other hand, I helped an 80+ year old man move his head from side to side for the first itme in a long time. Next time we'll get him back even more flexibility.

Now, T'ai Chi Chih, and then another tomato (haven't gotten back to them!)

Grumble . . . .

Taichi can help all of your joints -- especially with correct implementation. It tends to loosen and open your joints, which should improve bloodflow and all that other good stuff.

Some variation of Embracing Horse is the fundamental static posture for most martial arts (as far as I can tell), and it has components of finger loosening as well.

When I see you next I should have you show me your moves.
