Get those forms in!

From the SFWA mailing on the topic:

"*iBooks Bankruptcy -- Proofs Of Claim Due"

Authors whose works are caught up in the iBooks bankruptcy need to file proofs
of claim with the Bankruptcy Court. As the deadline is fast approaching, do not
delay. This is a simple process -- it involves filling out the front side of a
form (and most of the blocks will be blanks), attaching a couple of documents,
and sending it to the court. There is no filing fee and no requirement to hire
an attorney.

Proofs of claims must be filed with the court by early June, 2006, in this
case. More details are available at the court's website,
http://www.nysb.uscourts.gov/.

Use these case numbers:

10300 -- if your contracts are with iBooks, Inc.

10299 -- if your contracts are with BPVP

Technically, it won't matter in the end, as these two cases are being jointly
administered, but filing under the proper case number may prevent a
misunderstanding or complication somewhere along the line.
