And in other environmental news, the EPA is considering easing pollution restrictions on new ethanol plants so that companies can build ones that burn coal instead of natural gas. It'll save the companies some money and will produce enough emissions that their ethanol will pretty much break even with gasoline when you factor in production and vehicle emissions. GAAH!
I keep thinking back to a previous administration's appointment, and the cartoon that had the Secretary of the Interior being announced. It was an idyllic nature scene -- and every animal's head had shot up, with voice balloons saying "Watt?!?!"
