I *knew* there was something useful to be learned from Legos.... and one of the high points of our Guest Of Honor trip to MarsCon in Minneapolis a few years ago (beside the con itself, and the signing at Uncle Hugos) was the visit to the two story Lego store in the Mall of America...

I would have been as lost as a child on sugar (in the Lego store -- the Mall possibly, too). I always wanted to build a castle, but of course Legos were very basic in my day.
