So your vote is, he's nowhere near where Steve, say, would draw the line? Of course he's not a log cabin republican, either. I take it you're not happy with Lieberman. (He's out of the building, as far as I'm concerned.)

Do you often wonder about gays/l who remain Catholics, and/or Republicans? That's the thing about Sullivan that is interesting. I don't know much of his history, other than he became HIV pos late, after so many had died, and deals with it now. He just seemed to be someone that both conservatives and liberal bloggers linked to. I like to read across the spectrum, as long as my blood pressure doesn't get too high.

My only mantra this year is to vote against all incumbents except Mark Strama, my state rep. He's trying to accomplish something, and he works hard to make both camps happy by building bridges in the middle.

I have to make up my mind about the governor's race, and write it down -- there are good days and bad days. Last night was bad -- took 30 minutes to be able to focus on alphabetizing something. Today is better...
