Small Annoyances...

Do the multiple Microsoft updates that have been coming down every day annoy anyone else? I mean, on my desktop, nothing runs correctly while those things sit and wait for me -- and on the laptop they keep popping up until I download them.

Some days Open Office sounds worth exploring. MS is apparently crap, but they release it, anyway.

Open Office Rocks!

I recommend it.

Takes some getting used to. Things work similarly but not exactely the same (like copy-paste in spreadsheet).

I seriously dislike Explorer 7 and can't figure out how to go back to 6

I use Mozilla Firefox and really like it overall. It has all of Netscapes' strengths without its ability to dump your files. The tab feature is great for leaving gmail or LJ open while doing other work.

I avoid Explorer -- I think it's a hacker magnet.
