I had no idea which way we were walking through the dark, and tried to place myself by the stars. Apparently it was the same night – I did not feel as if I had missed several meals, or a bath. “Why did they want me to deliver that . . . youngling? Why not you?”
I think the garage is drowning. Doom level: middling. No sign of leaks. (She says nervously looking up.) Knock on wood.
