Those are amazing! It looks for all the world as if she actually knitted the marzipan! Wow! I am in awe of people who can do things like that. I have worked with fondant before and made a fun shower cake, but that was cutting out with cookie cutters and assembling - nothing like this!!! Thanks for sharing!
Wow, It looks like she actually knit the mazapan. But I guess knitting would be too uneven, so it's etched. Very precisely. She must have a ruler in her head.
