What's your political compass?
An interesting web site and meme care of

They don't have a button for "indifferent" or for "not sure," so there is a +/- flex point for my responses.
Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -3.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.87
I'm apparently closer to Gandhi than I would have guessed. I'm also on a diagonal about as far away from The Shrub as you can get, thus demonstrating why I loathe this administration.

As usual, I have severe issues with the way some of those questions are worded. For example: "Those who can pay more deserve a higher standard of medical care." Well, yes -- but there has to be a basic standard that's available to everyone first, which we don't currently have. So some of my answers are almost certainly skewed by not having been able to address secondary issues within the question.
I also despise the anti-fascist axis being described as "Libertarian" rather than "liberal". Libertarians aren't anti-fascists, they're off on a completely orthogonal axis!

Yes, this annoyed me, too. Confusing to some, enraging to others, and therefore mostly useless as a description. I wonder how much mail they get on it?
