Somehow I was subscribed to a women's caucus list serve for the Log Cabin Republicans.
Ah, no. I fully support equal treatment for gays in this country, and I'm even a conservative in some areas, like a BALANCED BUDGET. (Sorry -- a button, you know.) But I think the current Republican party is nuts, and the log cabin people are among the craziest. I mean -- they keep donating money to a group that not only doesn't support them, it actively discriminates against them.
I think that word does not mean what you think it means, or something to that effect....
