A question --

Is anyone else having trouble posting or even getting in to read? It seems like every time I try lately, I wait...and wait...and wait...and then have to return to something else. Is this backbone overload, more of the "new management", too many on their servers?

I'm not experiencing any difficulty.

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. I complained. They fixed it. Then a week later they said it was my server. Jay Lake has been have same problem.

The answer is to complain long and loud.

I haven't had any trouble but these things can be sporadic and dependent on the time of day.

I've had no problems.

Hah!

I blame this all on the Microsoft Media Center update. The machine almost exploded, and then AVG didn't want to update. It's rebooting time!

No problems here.

I've been having problems with Internet slowness in general. Which is especially troubling, as I've upgraded to Time Warner's fastest residential offering.

I've been sorta wondering the same thing -- the worst slowdowns are when others in the neighborhood are possibly at home and on-line. We were going to switch to SWB, but they keep screwing up sending the diskette to us....
