A smoothie might work...but I'm off berries for now, milk is frowned upon...we're talking diverticulitis, among other nasty GI things going on. I'll discuss with W -- we need to find something low calorie that will get the stuff in for my gut.
That didn't occur to me because yogurt is about all of smoothie stuff I have been able to have for a long time. (If I was gonna cheat and have ice cream, I wasn't going to waste it on a smoothie. ;^) )
