Seriously tempted....
www.LandsEnd.com is having a sale until midnight CST on their women's cashmere sweaters -- mock turtle, regular neck and v neck, solid colors. Regularly 89.99, today $50.00 -- limit 10.
I know, I live in Texas. I am budgeted in negative numbers. I will not be this size forever, the drugs will go away (positive thinking) but....I luv the feel of cashmere. Living in my cedar chest, of course, but still....
**Sigh.**
Lake effect snow in northern Indiana. Today I miss Indiana.

Not surprising.
Did it never occur to some business owners that if you threaten our jobs with the depression our parents survived, we'll stop spending what little we have?

And then, when those things are no longer true, I'll help you scourer the earth for the just right cashmere!

I have deleted the discount link.
There will be another cashmere sweater, someday, with my name on it.
I've even heard of people finding them at GoodWill. Nice ones. The same people who stumble into silk. (Only once, and oh, what a turquoise it is!)
I hope your family has a lovely Thanksgiving. I know you are holiday cookie-mad people, like I used to be. Surely this includes the pie and cheesecake gene?

Our Thanksgiving was wonderful. Yes, the cookie gene is alive and well in Bob; I have the Cookie Monster gene. Not a good combination in the same house. He does do cheesecake, too, but I don't have the Cheesecake Monster gene. Lucky, that, eh?

Oh and I'm more than willing to encourage the purchase of cashmere, because I love the feel of it too. Feel free to ignore my suggestion. :-)

I wanted to move south to get away from ice. So what do I find? No snow -- ice almost every year.
