Looking for the folder with the birthday cards...

...but I suspect that it will not pop up until your birthday. While not a problem here in town, this suggests that I must send virtual greetings! I hope you have a lovely birthday. Celebrate a bit (even when we think "Damn! How can I be xx?" we must always celebrate the fact that we're still here, basically healthy, with people we love, and another year to do the things we keep saying we are going to do!)

Hippo birdie two ewe,

Hippo birdie two ewe!

Wishing you Much health, happiness and finished writing this year.

I miss you. Which reminds me -- I now have unlimited long distance, Whee! Yeah want phone calls, Skype or IM more often? (I might get the camera set up this week, who knows?)

Thank you thank you! It's going to be a laidback birthday this year. Lycangeek's been too busy/stressed to arrange much, and I've got friends in from out of town next weekend. But maybe THAT will count as my birthday.

IM or Skype. It's tricky to get me on Skype after work hours, but I can always set things up. Gmail IM is my fave, though.

Gmail IM is also my fave -- I don't have to activate anything else, and so far, no gross photos sent over the line (I even run silent on most IMs. Still get bizarre stuff...) I'll watch for you on Gmail after 7 my time.

Have a good visit -- and scratch Lycangeek's back (I'd say rub his feet, but don't know the state of your hands.) Speaking of which -- Inky says her doc put her on to a new topical for arthritis that apparently rocks? No idea the cost, tho -- we should investigate.

My mother has a few fave topicals, but I have yet to find a topical that works for me. My current pill regimen seems to be doing great at the moment, though. Knock on wood that it keeps doing so!

Mine is so-so -- I only take one pain pill, and it has so much Tylenol, I try to take it only at night. All these storms have me taking one in the am, as well.

Unfortunately, the arthritis continues to advance -- my little finger on the right hand has become swollen and obstreperous. I retaliate by gnawing on it.

Instead of headphones, I got a house phone to use speaker with. Forewarned....
