I picked up one of the mysteries, back before they were pushing that angle. Couldn't get into it. There is a nice series out there staring a bunch of orphans who decided they would be siblings, and it is about their adult lives. Works pretty well -- my sister likes them.

We all gotta try what lights our fire. Me? I am actually making a dent in the paperwork!!! I get to do fiction and/or drawing soon! Or finishing the first pass of a large manga. (We all need a structural book to work against.)
