WITH VOTING NATIONWISE
There is a nationwide, nonpartisan coalition led by the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under the Law, People for the American Way Foundation, and the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation that is committed to protecting the right of all citizens to cast a ballot on Election Day.
The Election Protection Project (EPP) represents the most ambitious voter-protection program in American history.
The coalition's strategy is to identify and respond to problems before Election Day through grassroots efforts, education and outreach to voters and election officials. Where necessary, litigation is being used. In addition, a toll free election hotline has been established to provide immediate legal assistance to voters during the early voting period and on Election Day, November 2.
The hotline number is 1-866-OUR VOTE.
REPORT all voting rights abuses immediately on this toll-free number.
