Finished -- Short Story

For THE SHADOW CONSPIRACY II, the steampunk anthology coming out for the holidays from Book View Cafe. 7,386 words (I think -- I got distracted in there between the count and the post.) Now, if the editor likes the story, you'll see something new from me later this fall!

In the meantime -- if you're into steampunk, you really should read THE SHADOW CONSPIRACY, the first anthology, available at all fine on-line establishments, but especially at Book View Cafe!

Well -- if you are looking for OOP books (like Hidden Fires) you might go to Biblio or say Powell's (BVC has a bookshelf of BVC authors set up there) and after carting what you came for, you might check out prices of other things that looked interesting. Heck, my purchases can include nonfiction and manga with fiction. So possible -- but still a bit bizarre!

I was looking at links to your book and saw one vendor link with "Elika" for your middle name and another with "Katherien" for your first name. I've submitted catalog update requests in both cases :)

They misspelled Katharine on the title page of HIDDEN FIRES. 'Tis my life. If I shift for some adult fantasy, and they want it separate from KEK I will suggest Kat Kimbriel and see if it flies!
