Huh?

I thought that they were ending, but I just got an email about the next semester. Perhaps the funding cutbacks made these look better from the campus POV?

they ended the old one through Texas Union .. this is somehow a completely revamped one; I suspect they ended all the old agreements and made teachers sign up to new rules or something.
