A little-discussed problem of baking and eating wonderful cookies during the holiday season...

Returning to commercially-produced cookies, no matter how good they tasted before the holidays, is a letdown. They are not as good as homemade.

A sad statement of fact.

Any other drawbacks of food after the holidays? (Or benefits, for that matter?)
