The only place I don't have them yet is Barnes & Noble -- B&N has the books under the misspelling of my first name on the title page of Hidden Fires, so when Nook books go up (momentarily?) I'll have to figure out how to get the review over to the Nook version -- probably by adding the misspelling to my real name, like I did at Amazon.
Now that I have a B&N account, I can put up reviews for yours, too -- is there a Nook version yet, or should I look for the Mass market versions?
