Irony...

My ranking as an Amazon reviewer is higher than my ranking for any of my novels.

*Sigh*

do any big publishers hire professional reviewers? you really do have a gift for teasing interest into a book's depth, without giving away spoilers... it's a high wire balancing act...

Not as far as I know. I've never tried to sell myself as a reviewer. But it occurs to me that if I can come up with maybe 100 reviews, I could put out a .99 booklet called 100 reads worth your time. Don't know that people would pay for reviews anymore, what with Amazon.

Some sort of company makes "formal' reviews, there's the blurb near the top of book entries at Amazon, like Publishers Weekly or what not... some human writes those.

Also, perhaps check into Austin Statesman and see if they need reviewers, or perhaps examiner.com? You have a gift....
