Free books laying around for the taking....

No one has posted at my Live Journal or Facebook (heck, I'll even allow Goodreads, I should have mentioned them to begin with) to enter the Book View Cafe Grand Opening giveaway. Know what that means? If you're the first/only one to comment at my blog, you've won a book for sure!

Also -- most of you have my books (bless you!) but for friends, I've put in a half off coupon on Fires of Nuala. So they can visit the place and see what they think. As always, DRM-free. The coupon code is NUALA-GO, and it's good through June 10th EDT.

Who would pass that up?!

I must have missed it, life has been a tad crazy lately! You know me, I love a good book! :)

Books!

Been a bit out of it with asthma crud lately and not paying the best of attention. Not sure how I missed free books laying around, though! :D

I put in a req for Kindred Rites - I own all your books so if I win it I plan to gift it and see if the recipient falls in love with Allie's World too

Shannon, this is for the new ebookstore at Book View Cafe. So you can put in for any book at the bookstore with a star next to it. I haven't put Kindred Rites into ebook format yet, so it's not in this drawing.

Pick again!

Sometimes when you put out a post like that will determine feedback. I've determined at least for my Tumblr posts, to never post Fri, Sat, or Sun evening because you get the least responses. People are having a life or pretending that they do. Best times to post are Fri lunch time. Thurs an wed. afternoon are also good. People are looking to avoid working and it's starting to feel like the weekend by Thurs.

I posted Thursday night late, and then Sat early for weekenders. Reading I tend to go back 20 posts, and then check on special blogs. So I know people can miss things. That's why I also do Tweets, or Facebook posts -- scatter info but try not to overwhelm.

A week is short for these things, which is why I left the coupon good through Sunday.
