ZZZZzzzzzz

Have not slept well the past two nights, and it's catching up to me. Calling all circulation fans and water bottles -- keep me up! Maybe some carbs, too, or complex carbs and protein.

Do you have to stay awake? Sometimes a nap does more good than trying to work on through. Well, for me it does, anyway.

I probably should have taken a nap, but I have pushed past the problem point and am trying to get a few things done. Taking coriolus or B12 drops helps me a lot, too!

Don't take a nap.

You might be a yuki-onna and just not do well in hot temperatures.

Heat can definitely put me to sleep. I used to sit next to an open window in January to stay awake in my German class in college. In Indiana, no less. I like controlled warmth -- if a bedroom is TOO warm, I can't sleep. Cold, and I sleep like a dream. Too cold, just pile on another blanket and I'll sleep fine!
