My cats like to help, too...

For those who think they have hobbies, and the cats who "help"...

Nice pictures of both the cats and the legos. I love legos, but I've never been able to create well with them. I'm much better with a camera.

I'm currently trying to figure out how to spend time with Smitty while I write, and keep Princess from attempting to eat him at the same time. I used to write with 2 feathered kids I had long before Smitty, but there were no 4 legged critters around then. Those birds had a blast playing with the computer and printer while I was working, and snuggling up on my lap or shoulder when they got tired.

I thought Princess was used to the birds--is she only calm when Smitty is caged?

She likes Smitty, but ever since she learned how to hunt, when he is out of the cage she thinks of him more as a toy than a gentle playmate. And her toys tend to meet rending fates

RA MacAvoy used to have a Rex cat who REALLY wanted to eat the Cockatoo. She said she could see it in his stance, his face-- "I'm gonna get that bird. That bird's MINE. GOnna get that bird."

She was looking for a new home for the cat when I met her, but J wouldn't hear of it.
