Hill Country Gluten Free -- I think I'm eating dinner here.

Just SOME of the things they plan to have tonight at the GoodFellows Opening. I don't eat shellfish or pork, so I will need your help!

Tonight's Tasting Party to Showcase Food Fit For Any Foodie

AUSTIN, TX GoodFellows is welcoming food connoisseurs and gluten-free diners to a grand opening tasting party on Friday, November 2, 6-9pm at 8863 Anderson Mill Rd.

The mochi brownies and bread are dairy-free. Don't know about the soups yet. A lot of people who stop gluten get dairy back. Not my experience, so far -- I can just use ghee and butter. But I did try the lasagna and had no trouble -- go figure.

The pork dish, lamb soup, linguine w/clams and mochi brownies are dairy-free, and I think the Bombay shrimp soup is made with coconut milk. We'll have to read labels!
