That broken washer? It was a tiny part--in the bottom front of the washer--that breaks when a washer is used as the heavy duty washer it was sold as. He also looked at the dryer and replaced the vent hose. Free visit and part, because of the maintenance contract, but the belt driven ones seemed to hold up better.
