And so far it's working fine from home. Next, to try it out tonight from another location.

Yuck -- I thought all Austin was included! Now I know why they wanted my physical address.

I really like clear, though we never had reliable connectivity from the zendo, and eventually we gave up.

So far this little square is working well. I'll take it along this weekend to try from other locations in town. (But not the friend's up top!)

One minor recommendation - you might check your bandwidth at a few different times during the day, from home (I'll often use this tool: http://www.bandwidthplace.com/ ) and write down the results. Our problems might have come from a move - but we've had friends who have claimed that their bandwidth fell off after the initial test month.

It's mostly just an insurance thing - if you can demonstrate that the quality of service has decreased, then they are unlikely to give you trouble if you decide to shut down your account later on.

That's a good thought, just to know what's up. I have monthly - can cancel on a dime - so that is not a huge concern. But right now I have five bars pretty much all the time. If that starts to drop, they will get a call. I'll check it out!
