One minor recommendation - you might check your bandwidth at a few different times during the day, from home (I'll often use this tool: http://www.bandwidthplace.com/ ) and write down the results. Our problems might have come from a move - but we've had friends who have claimed that their bandwidth fell off after the initial test month.
It's mostly just an insurance thing - if you can demonstrate that the quality of service has decreased, then they are unlikely to give you trouble if you decide to shut down your account later on.
That's a good thought, just to know what's up. I have monthly - can cancel on a dime - so that is not a huge concern. But right now I have five bars pretty much all the time. If that starts to drop, they will get a call. I'll check it out!
