So I have been loading WorkinTexas.com for over a week with my varied experience. I try the jobs match.

No jobs.

First tea, then search and tweak.

the advice i got from Miss M's friend Sofie (who works at Texas Workforce, if I'm recalling aright) is to not fill out your entire page all on one day. Get the basics in, but then add a little bit each day, there's an algorithm under the hood that bumps you up in some search results when it sees regular activity vs all-in-one-go activity.

You might also check with M and see if she has any game nights or other events coming up that Sofie might be at, so that you can rub elbows. Get her going, and she is a cheerful wealth of information on TWC.
