So how weird is it...

When a company actually gives you a hint on the order form -- don't use spaces or dashes when putting in a credit card number -- but when they ask you to create a password, it's free-wheeling?

And then they say, "Oh, no, it can only be XX numbers long and include YYY" ???

Different people designed different forms, is my theory.
