Fires of Nuala Sample over at Comet Tales

Over at Stephanie Osborn's blog Comet Tales you'll find a sample of the novel Fires of Nuala. The book is on sale in ebook for a limited time only--.99US! So check out all the usual places, including Book View Cafe.

"Why were you creeping around the windows?" Again, that gentle speech pattern, which always meant Sheel was fighting anger.

Crow actually rolled his eyes. "Because I did not want anyone to see me sneaking around the temple grounds, of course. I did not intend for the entire guaard and local enforcers to find the place. Mailan wanted it kept quiet."

"Then why did you come?" There was no way for Mailan to warn Crow that his life depended on the answer to her question. Why Sheel was acting this way was unimportant. To those who knew him, he was on the edge of violence.

If I didn't already have it on the Kindle (as well as disintegrating paperback) I would buy it. One of my favorite rereads.

The next chapters of Innkeeper are up. Yay. Coffee and Vampires.

Yay! I confess I like this better than the new Avon thing. Although the Avon book is worth reading--all the great worldbuilding and supporting characters. But Rogan is too psychopath for me. Hit all my wrong buttons.

So glad that you like it. ;)

We seek new fans, so I can decide if I am finishing this 10,000 word short I started for a new protagonist in the fourth Nuala. They say when a series has three out, you should eventually try the first (or one of them, when they are not chained together) at .99 to see if it lures in new fans.

This is my .99 fall....

Nuala

I confess, I hope the 0.99 thing works well. I love the Nuala books, and really want to know what happens after this one.
:)

It's like Earthsea. They did the name, not the book. Plenty of time to do the book yet!
